Miranda Welbourne Eleazar is an Assistant Professor at the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business where she focuses on Entrepreneurship, Ethics, and Strategic Management. 

Welbourne Eleazar's research in entrepreneurship and strategy focuses on how entrepreneurs and firms make difficult and important decisions that significantly impact society. She investigates how entrepreneurs and firm leaders perceive and respond to ethically questionable situations, their response to crisis and adversity, and their willingness and ability to learn, pivot, and take risks.
