The Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) is the world's largest archive of behavioral and social science research data.

ICPSR is an international consortium of 800+ academic and research bodies. ICPSR provides leadership and training in data access, curation, and analytical methods for social science. Collaborating with funders, including federal US agencies, ICPSR develops themed data collections and projects. ICPSR also hosts a Summer Program in Quantitative Methods, educating tends of thousands of researchers in introductory to advanced training in statistics, data analysis, and quantitative research methods.

With support from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the University Libraries, the University of Iowa Center for Social Science Innovation maintains the University of Iowa's institutional membership to ICPSR.
