Survey & Multimethodology Research Services

At the Center for Social Science Innovation, we understand the pivotal role of research in addressing societal challenges and driving progress. Our Research Services team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to researchers across the University of Iowa, within our communities, and beyond—helping them navigate the complexities of survey and multimethodology research.

The purpose of our survey and multimethodology research services core priority is to:

Provide survey and multi-method research and evaluation services: Conduct research projects on behalf of and in collaboration with faculty, staff researchers, PhD students, and community partners.
Support the design and implementation of research projects: Provide research support to projects that are independent of the research incubation component of the unit, as well as projects that are part of the research incubation core programs.
Navigate research infrastructure and administrative requirements. Help researchers remain in compliance with the regulations and requirements of the university, IRB, DSP, and funding agencies.

Our team offers project management and evaluation services for researchers across all disciplines, including both pre-award and post-award support.

Gain access to a valuable selection of data consortiums and repositories for your research through CSSI.

Survey Research Services

Our research staff can assist in the development, testing, and distribution of your survey. We also offer data entry services for paper surveys or forms.

Consultations

Our team provides free, one-hour data and project consultations with the opportunity to extend at an hourly rate.
